1. What you put into rp is what you're going to get out. If you bring in your character into a setting then have them just sit like a lump on a chair the whole time you'll get little out of the rp. However if you interact and show interest in others, you'll find yourself developing ties with other characters in time and your rp will be richer.
2. Every rp won't be an action-adventure epic. While we do arrange some SL adventures and try to involve as many as practical, most of the rp in Axalon will be character and setting development. If you've come thinking you'll get mech/starship battles every night, you've come to the wrong place.
3. While ops will answer questions the best they can, newcomers are expected to read and look through the forums for information also. There's a lot of information on the setting, worlds and especially the characters that make up the universe in which Axalon Station resides. Also it might be helpful for newcomers to know exactly who/what they're talking to as they encounter characters.
4. Keep new characters to a futuristic setting. No magic, fanciful creatures (phoenixes, etc).
